Christ-centered, student-focused

Every subject is taught from a biblical worldview, with the truth and hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ infusing all studies.

Grammar School

Kindergarten — 5th grade

During this stage, students are wired to memorize and recite, and we equip students with the foundational facts of each subject and encourage exploration of beautiful literature and developmentally appropriate math concepts.

Logic School

6th — 8th grade

In the middle school years, students are ready to begin thinking for themselves and formulating their own opinions. Students learn formal logic, testing arguments to determine their validity and organizing their own thoughts in a logical way.

Rhetoric School

9th grade

In the high school years, students desire to present themselves in a positive way to their peers and the world at large. At this time, we teach formal rhetoric, emphasizing clear and persuasive communication.

“We are focused on bringing joy to the forefront of what we are doing here at HCA—joy in learning, joy in obedience, and most importantly, joy in our Heavenly Father. As a kingdom school, we must continue to grow the joy of learning in our students and ensure that they are finding their primary joy in the Lord.”

— John Bryant, Head of School
